Stripes
Hello there, today its all about this stripped turtle neck dress. I don't even know where to start talking about it because I actually loved it a lot more than I expected once I put it on yesterday. I normally don't wear dresses that are this length, so for me this was actually stepping out of my comfort zone and I loved it.
This dress is super comfortable and perfect for the weather in LA right now. Sometimes I don't know what to wear with this weather and go straight to basics but I knew that I wanted to wear something different yesterday and decided to give this dress a shot, since it had been sitting in my closet for about four or five months. Yes, I know! I tend to buy clothes and let it sit there for a while before wearing. I don't know why I do that but I am trying to change that. Anyways, trying this dress was the best decision!
I have been loving light pink lately just to add a bit of color and to start mixing my spring colors into my wardrobe so my pink watch and Nike Cortez were the way to go. I also wasn't to sure about the paring the Nike Cortez with this outfit but I definitely wanted a casual look and I felt that if I paired it with boots the outfit would have looked a bit more dressed up.
This has been one of my favorite outfits lately. It was one of those outfits that you put on and you just feel like you can accomplish everything that life throws at you that day. Simple yet powerful! Bellow I am sharing similar options in case you would like to recreate it.
